Pleat & Flow is a small online clothing shop based in California, USA. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Pleat & Flow, and “you” means anyone who visits our site or places an order.
Who Can Order
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission and help, to place an order.
- We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
- Please give us accurate name, address, and contact details so we can deliver your order.
Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is approved and you receive our order confirmation email.
- We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or product detail was listed by mistake, or we suspect fraud. If that happens after you’ve paid, we’ll give you a full refund.
- We work hard to show our products accurately, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by PayPal, including PayPal, Venmo, debit and credit cards, and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $40 or more, and a flat $5.99 on U.S. orders under $40.
- Orders ship within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier, and we can’t control delays once a package is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- You’re responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or we made an error.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

All photos, designs, text, and logos on pleatandflow.com belong to Pleat & Flow. Please don’t copy, reuse, or sell them without our written permission.
Using Our Site

Limitation of Liability
Our products and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pleat & Flow isn’t responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using our site or products, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
