- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $40 or more.
- Flat-rate shipping of $5.99 on U.S. orders under $40.
- Orders ship within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
- You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Returns ♡
We hope you love your Pleat & Flow pieces! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

- Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless we made an error.
